Hi everyone, first time poster to the forum here.

I was wondering if anyone uses a USB audio interface whilst on Zoom. I was testing out a Tascam 4 channel audio recorder today and tried to run two radio microphones through it. Both were picking up on the Tascam however only one was being streamed through Zoom. Is this an issue with Zoom needing to be in stereo? if so how do I change it and does anyone else Zoom this type of set up is so what equipment do you use?

Thanks in advance!

We recently enabled our Vanity link and SSO since we added the Zoom Phone to our company's Zoom platform.  However, since we use the same Vanity URL to hold webinars with non-staff (i.e. Members) we have noticed that non-staff that don't have a Zoom account (i.e. Free or otherwise), they are directed to our company's SSO Login page.

Here is an example.

  1. The company holds a Webinar that invites both staff and non-staff to to the link.  uft.zoom.us/12345.
  2. The staff connects to the link without incident
  3. The non-staff (that have registered email accounts with Zoom) can connect to the link without incident.
  4. The non-staff (that do not have any email account registered to with Zoom) are directed to the Staff SSO login page.

Has anyone ever encountered this and what options do we have?

1) Is there a way to not use the Vanity link for our Webinars since the SSO is linked to the Vanity URL?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

Low Quality Video - even with High Internet Bandwidth

Hi,

For some reason, I think zoom is not able to maximize internet bandwidth.

I already enabled Group HD video but it did not solve the problem.

On statistics it only shows 480p resolution whereas my camera is capable of even 1080p.

No Longer. The latest update asks me to log in and then tells me it can't access my facebook account.

I am always ALREADY signed in and it doesn't connect, as it once did.

I'm on Mac OS usus Chrome.

Help, please.

Thanks in advance for insight, advice and assistance.

New meeting registration required when we upgrade our Meetings capacity?

Dear all,

We've upgraded our Zoom meetings capacity to deal with a surge in registrations for an existing event. Can we stick with our existing registration link for the up-to-100 people event, or do we need to set up and share a new one?

So it was suggested to me that maybe Zoom could add to the chat feature for meetings to allow hosts and co hosts to edit/remove entries in a chat.

this is due mostly to Zoom bombers getting in and wreaking havoc in the chat.  While we have the disable options for chat, some of us find chat a useful tool for others in the meeting.

Thank you
