Hi Team ,

I have desktop client for zoom.

In my general meetings i have around 20 to 30 participants with Video on.

When I switch to Gallery view , all the participants get displayed to the screen at once.(As my Maximum participants displayed is set to 49 in setting)

But for my requirement , i want to see only 9 of them at a time.

And then i might cycle through the pages and view rest of thumbnails by clicking the right or left arrows in gallery view to display the next page of participants.

Kindly suggest if we can have this customization (to see less than 25 participants at a time )in gallery view somehow ?!

Thanks & Regards,

Akshat Satsangi

Hello anyone,

No matter what update I have on my mac laptop or on my zoom software, I can never seem to access the Blur function. It isn't there or downloadable. Why is this? Both of my mac and zoom are up to date and have the latest available software - yet other mac users in my profession have it?? I tried turning off my laptop. I've tried exiting zoom. I've tried deleting Zoom, three times and downloading it again and it still isn't there.

I've googled where its supposed to be on within the virtual background options but its never there. There's an uploaded screenshot so you can see.

I am using custom UI and enable waiting room feature. How can I capture the joining event when guest join the waiting room?

When the host enters the meeting, it can trigger onWaitingRoomStatusChange, but no event trigger when other guest join in.

Here is my code

extension ClassRoomViewController: MobileRTCMeetingServiceDelegate, MobileRTCVideoServiceDelegate, MobileRTCAudioServiceDelegate, MobileRTCWaitingRoomServiceDelegate {

func onWaitingRoomStatusChange(_ needWaiting: Bool) {
print("trigger onWaitingRoomStatusChange2")
if needWaiting {
print("User joined waiting room.")
// showAlert(with: "User now in waiting room.", and: "User needs to be admitted by host or leave.", action: UIAlertAction(title: "Leave", style: .default, handler: { _ in
// MobileRTC.shared().getMeetingService()?.leaveMeeting(with: .leave)
// }))
} else {
print("User is entering meeting.")
delegate?.userWasAdmittedFromTheWaitingRoom()
}
}

func onWaitingRoomUserJoin(_ userId: UInt) {
print("trigger onWaitingRoomUserJoin user join \(userId)")
}

func onWaitingRoomUserLeft(_ userId: UInt) {
print("trigger onWaitingRoomUserLeft user left \(userId)")
}

I attend a regular meeting that focuses on using sharing experiences when using Zoom for hybrid meetings. It's received wisdom in the group that adding co-hosts to a meeting (i.e. assigning co-host to people already in the meeting) increases the bandwidth requirements. This sounds unlikely to me, but can anyone provide an authoritative answer?

Recording Conversion got interrupted when my wifi failed

While zoom was converting my recording, my wifi got cut off and so the conversion stopped completely. Can I still continue the conversion? I save it on my local computer. The meeting was a lecture so it is kind of important to all the students

Hello

Not sure if posting in the right area. If it needs to move please do.

I have been on and off zoom user for about 2 years as the need shows up. But.... up till now my PC or laptop has gotten me through. Now there are some meetings I want to attend and I am not at home or work. I just loaded the app on my AO2s android. It states it is working but when I try to sign in with the correct password, after about a minute I get failed to connect with no error code that I see?

How do I go about getting signed in prior to tomorrows meeting if I am not at home?

Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone,

Mac person here transitioning to Zoom on my PC, so I apologize in advance if I sound like a luddite. Here's the problem:

1. I'm using my bluetooth headphones (trekz titaniums). They connect fine.

2. I was able to use them in the meeting at first, but I notice I have no volume control outside of the preferences/settings window in zoom.

3. I then notice that I can't hear anything from applications outside of zoom, either, SO...

4. I start changing the audio source in zoom, and now:

5. I now get no audio when I use 'same as system', nor when I choose the headphones as "headphones", BUT...

6. I do get audio when I select the headphones as a "headset", BUT, the audio quality when I do it this way is terrible and it's not sustainable.

7. I've tried quitting zoom, rebooting, and neither work. I'm reluctant to reset the headphones because I don't think that's the problem as I have two of them, and the problem persists with both.

Here's what I need and I don't know how to get back to it: to be able to use my headphones as 'headphones', not a headset, either directly or as 'same as system'. But now neither work.

Please help! Thank you!
