Hello Zoom community, I have a problem utilizing the zoom. It keeps saying update the zoom even though I did. Also, after I remove the zoom and try to download the updated version, it says there is an error. Do you guys know how to solve it?
At our meetings we have one participant who was born deaf and uses a cochlear implant. She can benefit from Live Transcription. I learned how to enable Live Transcription, but the default view seems to be to show the transcription to everyone. This would require everyone at the meeting who does not require a transcription to turn off the service. Is there a way to change the default view to hide the transcription, and require an action on the part of the participants to show it? Thanks, Jack

I am the host of meetings. After some time I get disconnected. Sometimes it pops back on after a minute. Sometimes it doesn't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. I have the latest version. As of yesterday, I have to reboot my HP laptop. It seems like it times out or stops after some time. I am hardwired in. I only lose it on the one laptop. I don't have VPN and Firewall setting is clicked to allow Zoom App. And my TCP is set to "any". I have a feeling something got reconfigured after an update from Zoom or on the computer, but I can't figure it out.

Good day! Where is the button to contact support. I need to enable HD 720p or 1080 mode for my profile. I made all the necessary settings in the profile. My devices - computer, camera and internet connection meet all the conditions for HD 720p and maybe even 1080. Right now I'm not very happy with the quality of the recorded video. Help me please.

I want to share a cloud recording from my fitness class and allow it to be viewed only for a specific number of days - I see the expiry date setting. My questions are: 1. If I enable "download", will the link still expire in the set # of days even if they download the file if they go to watch it after the expiration date? 2. Do I need/want "view recording on demand" or "passcode protection"? Thank you!

I have a Logitech camera and a RODE mic. Both work fine except when I try to start a zoom meeting. I have my Zoom settings set to both devices, and both test fine. But when I start a meeting to see how they work, I get error messages that Zoom can't connect to the camera or the mic. I seem to be able to use one or the other, but not both. I cannot find any other applications using the camera. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. Are there settings I don't know about?

Hi all, We are running version 5.0.2(6213) on our estate, (9,000 devices). We have been advised by our customer that anything under 5.3.0 will cease to work after the 6th of August 2022, however, we cannot find anything official on the Zoom website. Would someone be able to confirm if this is the case? Will version 5.0.2 stop working for us on the 6th (tomorrow)? Thanks Kevin

My video feed is freezing when I'm in meetings - when I'm the host and when I'm the participant. I'm still seeing other people moving and talking, so doesn't appear to be a bandwidth problem. I'm working on a laptop, using Chrome. Latest version of Zoom is installed. Any ideas?
