Hello !
Currently, I'm trying to help a person under Ubuntu who wishes to share their screen with their audio c:
However, when they start sharing their screen (while ticking the "Share audio" option), their audio is not shared at all 😞
We've tried to :
- Check the Zoom Engine volume to see if it's not muted, and it isn't
- Reinstalling Zoom
However, the sound is still absent...
when compairing to another computer on which the sound works, it seems that Zoom actually created a new Audio Output called "zoom_combine_device" that you need to select in order to get the audio - however, on the computer of the person, Zoom doesn't generate it 😞
Do you have any clue as to why that is ?
Could it be fixed by using either Pulseaudio or Pipewire ? (i haven't tried to reinstall Pipewire on their computer, so i'll ask them to do it)
Thank you for your answers!
