Can anyone share some light in here. I have a Logitech TAP controller but when we are in a meeting and start to share content via HDMI, the participants are not able to see the content. Instead the have a black screen saying that the host is trying to present something and after trying for a while, the system just drop the meeting and tries to reconnect.

Has anyone experienced/resolved this?

How to download all videos at once?

Hello, I have to download all my videos to clear some space... how can I download them all at once? Currently, I must click on one at a time and select download... times 200...

move a recorded meeting?

I accidentally recorded a meeting to my local drive instead of the cloud.  Can I move it to the cloud so I can send it to someone to review?  Thanks Denise.

     I recorded an interview over Zoom and used Gallery View.  I hid my self-view so that during the meeting, I wasn't distracted by my own image and saw a full screen of the person with whom I was speaking.  Unfortunately, it seems to have only recorded his image, and not mine as well.  Is there any way to fix this?  I understand that I need to not hide self-view going forward, or use speaker view, but for this interview which cannot be remade,  is there anything I can do to get back both our images?   Thanks.

Resolved! Sign In/Sign Out Report only shows sign in times

I would like to be able to have a record of the times of meetings I participate in (not only those I hosted).  There is a report that seems like it would do the trick -- the "Sign In/Sign Out Report."  (This is located in Admin > Account Management > Reports > User Activity Reports)

 

Unfortunately, its name notwithstanding, this report only shows sign in time, not sign out.

 

So two questions: (1) why no sign out, (2) is there a report that shows length of participation in meetings that are joined (as opposed to hosted)?

Zoom 5.10 locking up

Updating our users over to 5.10 this last weekend and noticed users having slowness/freezing issues while using zoom throughout today. Not sure if anyone else has had this since moving to 5.10 or not? We're using app redirected profiles if that matte... Show more
