pro account meeting length question
I have a pro account. I anticipate having meetings, each meeting with one other participant, that will go over 40 minutes. The other parties may not have pro accounts. Will that be a problem re meeting length?

Our organization's board has a licensed account using a GMail credential, which we share. We would like anyone on the board (~5 people) to be able to create and host meetings. We find that Zoom finds this suspicious and sends a key to the GMail account. The board has access to the GMail account, but then that requires a code sent to the phone associated with the account. This is problematic. I think this issue is a combination of Zoom and GMail security. Is there a way we can share responsibility for this paid account? Thank you very much in advance! Hi folks, I am wondering whether I am able to set how many participants to show in the recording while sharing my screen. I found that when I shared screen and record, the final recording only show limited number of cameras of participants, not all the participants. Thanks!

I am trying to watch an on-line conference on my Smart TV (Panasonic Smart TV - "TX-40JX850B 40), but when I Launch Meeting, I receive an error message "Server Not Found (E-302)" - Any reason for this? (I suppose Panasonic will have to download zoom to my TV?)

Hello
We are streaming a meeting with interpretators to Youtube. Is it possible to chose which translation you stream to Youtube? And how is this done?
Best regards
Aslak
I created a meeting on Tuesdays but it is not showing up online. It shows up when I log into the app. Why does it not show up online. Also, I need to add this same meeting id to be reoccurring on Tuesday and Thursdays but unable to figure out how to change the date on the app. Thanks for any help.

I recently attended a zoom meeting where it automatically prompted me for my name when I logged in. This would be a very helpful feature for my own training as we often have people who share zoom ids, so we need a more reliable way to take attendance. I asked the host how she did it and she said it was a zoom setting, but she wasn't sure what it was called.
Does anyone know how to do this?
