WHEN I SWITCH ON SCREEN RECORDING FOR ZOOM, IT EITHER CANT BE SAVED OR THERE IS NO AUDIO WHEN SAVED

Good day Team, I have serious issue here.. When i switched on my screen recording, I am either unable to hear any audio from my saved zoom recording or sometimes it will pop up a notification saying “failed due to asset writer failed”. I have ensure all my zoom audio settings are working fine and are enable. Please Help me what is wrong
