Zoom was working on my laptop when it was running Windows 8.1 but after upgrading (fresh install) to Windows 10, I am now getting the following pop-up and have to click it 20-30 times for it to go away on the start and enabling of audio of every meeting... "Zoom.exe - Bad Image" (see Zoom Message.png attachment). The zoom version that loaded after installing Windows 10 is 5.11.11 (8425) (see Zoom Version.png attachment). Any thoughts of what may be going on?

Hello guys,
I can't seem to find the option that I need to activate so I can live stream a zoom meeting to youtube or facebook.
It simply doesn't appear on my Zoom web page.
May you help please?
Thank you,
Waleed Khaled
I have a meeting planned for tomorrow. Over the past six months, I have had issues with my Internet. There are very brief moments where I am disconnected. I have contacted the provider and they sent a tech out. He told me he thought my modem was bad. I bought a brand, new unit, modem/router combo. Spent $$$. Still having these brief moments where I have connection issues. What do I do? Thanks.
What happens during the meeting tomorrow if that happens? Everybody will be disconnected? How do they rejoin?

Hi, We would like to develop a camera which can support smart gallery with camera multi-stream enabled. Assume only one lens and one image sensor in camera, which is the way camera to support Smart gallery in following? 1. camera delivers 3 video stream as Smart gallery required 2. camera deliver only 1 video stream, but zoom frame and split as 3 for smart gallery 3. others

All 3 of my LG phones (high-end) have a problem with outgoing volume dropping by 50%, especially during a meeting with 40 or more. Wondering if anyone found a 'work-around' for this issue? btw: on my phones, I cannot find any so-called slider-bars to make adjustments in settings. The SETTINGS options are scaled-down from what I see on the help pages online. When I use an Apple tablet, all problems disappear. Comments, anyone? If it's just that Androids are inconsistent on Zoom, I will pick up a spare Apple for zoom use.

We have been using Zoom for worship for the past 2-plus years, gradually making our presentation more sophisticated. Currently I am sharing a Keynote slide presentation so our camera size options are limited to "postage stamp" while sharing, or full screen when i'm not. I usually have host role and the person managing the cameras has a participant called "AV team" which we spotlight as the active speaker while I am presenting. I've been fooling around with the OBS virtual camera plugin to see if it would help us create a more dynamic experience with larger camera view for the remote participants. However, since I am not the Zoom participant the audience wants to see, I'm wondering if and how I can include "AV team"s zoom presence (the one hooked up to the camera) in my OBS stage while keeping myself "spotlighted for everyone" so they are consistently seeing the presentation vs. jumping to "AV team" on full screen anytime someone talks. Can I pin a different user for just me while spotlighting myself for everybody else? Is there another, perhaps more elegant way to do this?

When I got a new phone and Zoomed into a meeting, I put in my name for the first time, didn't notice I misspelled it and when it said would you like this to be your default name I said yes...so now every single time i log in the misspelled name shows up. If I don't notice it, then it sits there looking quite weird. It has zz in front of it because that is the code for not being called on in that specific meeting so obviously I don't want zz-hilaru showing up every time I log in to all the other meetings. It's supposed to be hilary, not hilaru. I don't seem to be able to change this DEFAULT name...

I have a business account and I want to host a meeting, but my colleague will be hosting a meeting at the same time also.
Can we use the username and password of my business account on 2 different laptops to host 2 different meetings in 2 different places at the same time?
Or should I make my colleague as an alternative host first to do it? If yes, can my colleague use any type of account like Basic or Pro account to become an alternative host or should he have a Business account also before he became my alternative host?

Can I host 1 meeting on 1 place and host again another meeting to another place with another laptop using only 1 account at the same time?
Is it possible to do this? I'm thinking to lend my account to one of my colleagues.
And if possible, is there a specific type of account to use?
If there should be an alternative host for the other meeting, should the alternative host have the same account type(Pro,Business, etc)?
