Please allow virtual background on older CPUs if there is a modern GPU

I still use a PC with an Intel 2600K i7 CPU. However I also have an AMD RX 570 graphics card in this system with 8GB of VRAM. It could easily support virtual backgrounds, but there does not seem to be a way to override the simple CPU check that flags...
