Hi out there, 

I'm trying to use Powerpoint slides as a virtual background for a presentation bu can't see the option to allow me to do that in Advanced Screen Sharing.

I've downloaded the lastest desktop version, and checked my web profile and the desktop settings allow VB, and I thought I'd done it before, but now when I follow the instructions I can't see the option.

 

This is all I can see

I amm trying to find/access Zoom's attendance reports but all I can see are registrants.  Can anyone advise how to access who actually attended and for how long?

How to send a meeting summary from a workflow

I've just started exploring workflows and am trying to build one to save meeting summaries to our CRM. I've found the template which will create a document from each meeting summary - that all makes sense. But I can't see any way to post to a webhook... Show more

I've just started exploring workflows and am trying to build one to save meeting summaries to our CRM.

 

I've found the template which will create a document from each meeting summary - that all makes sense. But I can't see any way to post to a webhook from a workflow, or any other means to send the data to another app.

 

There are only 19 workflow automation apps on the marketplace. None of them are for my CRM and none offer a general-purpose way to send data, like posting to a webhook or calling Make.

 

Am I missing something? If there a way to do this that I'm overlooking?

Download list of Registrants?

We are trying something new (instead of using EventBrite). We do our free trainings in Zoom already so I thought we could use the Zoom Registration Required feature. It all seems good except I can't seem to be able to download a list of the registran... Show more

We are trying something new (instead of using EventBrite). We do our free trainings in Zoom already so I thought we could use the Zoom Registration Required feature. It all seems good except I can't seem to be able to download a list of the registrants, it only lets me view them and then copy their info. That will be a real pain as we send them other materials before and after the training so I want an Excel list. Is that really not an option to download a list of registrants for a meeting? Thanks for your help.

ich möchte mich gern zusätzlich zu meinem Notebook auch mit meinem Tablet bei Zomm Meeting anmelden.
Ich habe mich mit meinen Account Daten bei Zoom angemeldet und bekomme die Nachricht, Zoom hat zur Verifizierung dieser Anmeldung eine Benachrichtigung auf mein anderes Gerät gesendet, in welcher ich auf "Zulassen" klicken soll. Leider habe ich auch nach mehrmaligem Suchen diese Benachrichtigung nicht gefunden.
Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Problemes amb el so en gentoo

Algú te o sap com arreglar els problemes d'audio que té zoom versió web. De vegades no sona, d'altres se sent soroll on cal canviar l'entrada del micròfon intern o de sistema fins que soni bé si ho fa. De vegades el micro tampoc funciona. Són problem... Show more

Algú te o sap com arreglar els problemes d'audio que té zoom versió web. De vegades no sona, d'altres se sent soroll on cal canviar l'entrada del micròfon intern o de sistema fins que soni bé si ho fa. De vegades el micro tampoc funciona.

 

Són problemes de zoom? 

Jo diria que sí ja que passa el mateix en dues gentoos, una amb alsa i l'altra amb pipewire. Sol obligar-me a usar firefox. sembla que librewolf li molesta i genera més problemes.

Resolved! Locating a meeting recorded by a host

Hi Community, 

I was unable to attend a meeting a couple of weeks ago and the host recorded the meeting for me to view in the future.  How do I find this recording?

I am running Monterey OS on mac. I have enabled downloads. The zoom desktop client downloads fine and it also says it is installed ok but when I go to open it from inside my application folder it has a cross through it and says this app is not suppor... Show more

I am running Monterey OS on mac. I have enabled downloads. The zoom desktop client downloads fine and it also says it is installed ok but when I go to open it from inside my application folder it has a cross through it and says this app is not supported.  I have updated everything, run virus scans, etc...I have downloaded and tried to install 10 times.  And still no luck.

 

Thoughts?

Resolved! zoom not showing graphics or videos from OBS

I use OBS as a stream software.. but when i tried to play some of the videos for my presentation or graphics it wont show on zoom

zoom didnt convert

My zoom didnt convert on my desktop-saved to my computer. I ahve requested zoom to send me original..I have pro plan--no live sales calls.  Is this best way!!! so important to get the file
