Every time we schedule a webinar, we set the time zone as Mountain Time US & Canada. However, the signup page for our webinars always say "Edmonton" for the location. This is causing confusion for a lot of people, because we do hybrid events where the in-person component takes place in Calgary, but the sign up page is wrongfully telling them the event is in Edmonton! Please provide some way of correcting this. There honestly should just be one choice that says "Mountain Time US & Canada". The "Edmonton" time zone is doing nothing but causing confusion and headaches.

I use BT headphones for audio output and a webcam with a mic as my audio / video input (the webcam mic seems to perform better than the headset mic in the BT headphones). Recently (within the past couple months?), when turning on my camera in a meeting, the audio cuts out for about 5 seconds before coming back. Zoom warns me of low volume and there is silence in the headphones during this time. This did not used to occur. Aside from missing what's going on in the meeting, this is particularly problematic because going on camera is generally a signal that I'm present and engaged in the meeting, which means it's more likely that people will address me and expect a response, but I appear to be not paying attention. Since this used to work, it seems like something may have regressed in the Zoom app. OS: Windows 11 Zoom Version: 6.2.3 (47507) Headphones: Sony WH-1000XM4 Webcam: Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920

I have a fairly new laptop running Windows 11. When I join my live choir rehearsals on Zoom I can hear the leader's voice OK but the music is very distorted. Can anyone advise me on what settings I might need to change to resolve this problem please?

I would like to package and deploy the Zoom Workplace Client via SCCM, however my experience has been that it closes the Zoom client.
Is there a way to upgrade the Workplace Client via an SCCM package that doesn't close the client?
Here is my install:

I am concerned that a video I shared with a group was then shared by a member of that group and shouldn't have been. My question is...if I delete that video from my library, would it also delete the video for anyone who may have downloaded that video? Or would it be pointless? Thank you!

My microphone won't pick up the sound my drum or rattles - tried ChatGPT fixes still doesn't work -turned off the background noise suppression and all the other recommendations but still no joy - any further suggestions?
Hello, I have read about a similar error with many other users historically and some that are in different situations than myself. I have an individual business license for Zoom (and am the administrator of my account) but am missing the recording (and whiteboard) buttons. I have tried a few troubleshooting steps so far. For the purposes of this discussion, I am talking only about local (not cloud) recordings. 1. I've checked the storage location for local recording storage (and the folder exists). 2. Under the web profile settings, record to computer files is enabled. 3. If I turn on automatic recordings (which I don't want to happen all the time), recording does start. This doesn't add the recording or whiteboard buttons. 4. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the application, without success. Does anyone have any other ideas or steps I can take to troubleshoot this? It is frustrating. Thank you.

I often am in zoom meetings with 10-75 people. When I am in the gallery view, I would like to easily and quickly organize the order of the video participants according to various options, such as: 1. Alphabetical organization by first name (A-Z) 2. Alphabetical organization by first name (Z-A) 3. As a sub-option, put all muted (either video OR audio) participants (in alphabetical order as requested in 1 or 2 above) either AFTER all the "regular" (audio and video on) participants OR put them in alphabetical order mixed in with the regular participants. This new feature(s) would be very helpful to me and to many teachers who use zoom to lead group discussions!!
