Resolved! Quiz not showing for some participants

I recently shared a quiz with a group and 3 out of 9 people couldn't see it. I tried relaunching it but it made no difference. The other 6 were able to complete it. Any ideas why this might have happened?

I recently bought one Large Meeting 500 participant capacity add-on to my pro account.  Then I added it to my personal user license.  Does this mean that any Zoom meeting that I personally start will have a 500 participant capacity?
Also, I have 2 other license holders on my account, does this mean the participant capacity for them is 100 because only I have the 500 participant add-on turned on?

"Mute participants upon entry" doesn't work for the host

It seems the setting "Mute participants upon entry" doesn't work for the host to participate in. I remember even the host used to be muted upon entry before when the setting was on.Is this a spec change? Can't it be reverted? This is inconvenient in ... Show more

It seems the setting "Mute participants upon entry" doesn't work for the host to participate in.  I remember even the host used to be muted upon entry before when the setting was on.

Is this a spec change?  Can't it be reverted?  This is inconvenient in cases where the host need to connect from a noisy environment.

I had a Zoom meeting with my teacher yesterday. But in the Zoom meeting, we can’t see each other, only can see ourselves.

I’m sure I turned on the camera and I check my system camera setting, the permission of Zoom to the use the laptop camera is on.

Given that I was taking the class at home yesterday, it is suspected that it may be network latency. Today I tried to start a Zoom meeting with my colleagues again at the company, but it was still the same situation.

Hello I need help to solved this problem
1. I used Zoom Meeting Enterprise.
2. I Create Meeting room with passcode.
3. I send Meeting ID and passcode to participant.
4. I start Meeting but all of participant cannot join to meeting. The Zoom Application reply to "incorrect passcode"
5. We solve this problem after 30 minutes. We can join to meeting.

can share application but not a screen

I just did a zoom meeting and was given co host privileges so I could make sure I had everything working.  I could share a screen or application.  It worked well.  I did another with the same person as host and all I could see that I could share was the application. It never gave me a choice to choose a screen to share. Did a setting change?  the second meeting I had trouble on had a number of attendees, would that affect it?  Kinda confused and got another meeting with same person in a couple days.

Chat hidden when sharing screen

This wasn't an issue a year ago, but in recent updates it is. Every time there is a Zoom update, I keep thinking they'll fix it, but not yet. I'm on a Mac. When I'm sharing my screen and the window I'm sharing is maximized, I can't bring the Chat win... Show more

This wasn't an issue a year ago, but in recent updates it is.  Every time there is a Zoom update, I keep thinking they'll fix it, but not yet.  I'm on a Mac.  When I'm sharing my screen and the window I'm sharing is maximized, I can't bring the Chat window to the front.  I click on the chat but nothing happens.  But if I shrink the window I'm sharing, then I can see the chat window.  But a year ago you could have the shared screen maximized and see the chat in front.

I want to turnoff automatic updates for the Zoom client.  I found this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4413422750861-Automatic-update-release-frequencies

 

However, the local Zoom app does not have the referenced checkbox "Automatically keep Zoom up to date."  at Settings > General page. 

 

How to turn off auto updates?
