How to save a cloud recording to desktop
I want to save my recordings and my cloud storage is full. Can I move the recordings saved in the cloud to a folder on my desktop?

I join zoom meetings through zoom web via either firefox or chorme. At the starting of each meeting, it shows to update WebSDK to latest version. But when i went to the website regarding that (https://8xmdmkir8ctlkfj8dttx.noticeable.news/publications/meeting-sdk-web-v2-9-0?embed=true) I am stuck as how to update/install it in my device. I also went to another website showing the steps to do it (https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web/build/) but i am really confused. I am a non-coder. I dont know how to run and where to run these codes or what is the difference between NPM & CDN. Kindly please give me a simple solution of software through which i can install or update it without running a code or so

I have tryed the new Panacast and sometimes it works with zoom. When ever I am Hosting a webinar I try using the Panacast and there is a popdown that says try another camera. Why wont it work? does it need a driver to work?
Hi I use Zoom Breakout rooms regularly for training. Today I had a group of 60 participants. When I went to allocate them into break out rooms the option to for zoom to allocate automatically was not showing in the options. I had add rooms and then manually select and transfer 60 participant across to the newly created individual rooms. I have gone in and rechecked my Account Settings and this already had the Breakout Room feature turned on. (so breakout room automatic allocations should have been possible). What can I do to fix this and why is it occurring? Anna

I have attended meetings as a participant but I cannot find any detail (Duration, date, etc.) regarding the calls. There is a simple list on the dropdown list when you "join" a call but there is no detail. Thanks!

Can anyone help me? I teach ballet and I'm recording my classes but lately the links aren't working. Why Not? Can you help? I have a basic plan and only 1 MG of data. My classes are an hour long, and usually I can keep 3 or 4 classes in there. But lately I've been having trouble. Can you help? Also, Is there a way to get just like a little more storage space and not have to advance to a huge plan? I just teach ballet classes, that's it. Small classes. Nothing fancy. I cannot add/change my virtual background because Zoom crashes when the open file dialog box appears. The cursor will spin for a minute, then zoom will crash. Any troubleshooting ideas would be welcome. I have already uninstalled using the clean uninstaller tool, and then reinstalled. The problem persists and occurs on Zoom only. This is what it looks like just before crashing. The dialog appears, the cursor changes to the "waiting cursor", you cannot interact with the screen, then it crashes. It's not intermittent - it's every single time. **** UPDATE: 2022-01-25 ***** I just updated to Version 5.9.3 (3169) and the issue is resolved.

Hello all, I had a call a couple days ago and the host made me host so I could record it, but I thought screen recording it on my iPad was sufficient. Little did I know, zoom doesn't allow that and now I just have the video without any audio. Is there any possible way to get this audio back? Thank you to anyone who can help.
