Hello, when using single colour virtual background there is a shadow around the hair or anything that moves, looks like spiderwebs . Is there a way to get rid of that? Thank you.

Trying to schedule a meeting but the tool bar blocks the top of the pop-up calendar so I can't select the month and I can't enter it manually (by select and type). It has never been a problem before, don't know what has changed with the layout that it's a problem now. Any ideas?

Nokia X20 running Android 13 have a green screen issue and issue can not be seen on previous version 5.9.6.4756. Issue is one hundred percent reproducible with later 5.10.0.5129 or later version on the Google Play store. Attach is the latest version 5.12.2.9059. ---------Latest update from 11/7/2022--------- We have raised case to Qualcomm and below is the feedback from Qualcomm: We have joint debugging with Qualcomm and found that the root case is that Zoom used the 64 alignment YUV to , but due to platform design, Qualcomm mimas platform(SM4350) transfer frame with 512 alignment YUV, which cause this issue. 以上問題目前定位到Zoom在解析frame時是使用64 alignment YUV 格式, 但高通mimas平台傳送frame時是使用512 alignment YUV格式,格式不一致導致畫面顯示異常。 mail:***********

Hi! We currently had an issue wherein participants who join a Zoom meeting just receive a message prompt after they register for the session even though they registered during the actual date and time of the session. There's no confirmation email sent to their email address either. Does anyone know why this happens?

Looking for ideas; I need to display a count down timer in gallery mode (webinar) so the people asking questions can see the panel AND see the timer; we don't want to have timer take whole screen so person just sees countdown. Any ideas? OBS was too tech heavy for my team though it seemed to offer a pretty good solution. Thank you

When I end the meeting after recording on my PC it used to convert automatically Now I get a screen saying failed to convert
I created a Zoom meeting in my Google calendar. Half the invitees replied and some have said they never received the invitation. I would like to ask my colleagues to check their Inboxes around such and such a date and time to look for the invitation but I do not see the invitation going out as a Sent Mail in Gmail. When I look at the meeting in my Zoom Account I can't tell when the invitation went out. How may I find the date and time the invitations were sent?

I use the "Advanced" screen sharing option "Portion of screen." I like showing just the relevant text, not the Word headers etc. But I can't find a way to preview that. I would like to be able to move the green box around to fit the text. But the only time I see the green box is when my screen share goes live. So I then have to move the box while everyone watches. In TV and video editing, there is usually a window showing what participants see during the live broadcast and a second "preview" window that shows what's up next. When I'm ready, I switch the preview to be the live feed. BTW, I have 4 monitors so I have lots of room and flexibility if there was such an option.

One of our Producers uses the zoom web interface to sign into the talents account to create a Zoom meeting on her behalf for interviews, but when this producer opens a link to later join the meeting - she also appears as talent/ host (via what’s signed in on her web browser) rather than her own account that she’s signed into on the app. Is there a way to default Zoom to join as the account signed in on the app rather than authenticating via whatever is signed in on the web browser? Thanks in advance
This is a licensed account, so maybe were underutilizing some services. If the producer can schedule a meeting under her account and have it for sure show up on talents zoom “upcoming meetings” without any further interactions that could be a solution.
