Zoomの請求書の表示についてお伺いいたします。


Zoomの請求書を確認する画面(Zoomのマイページ「アカウント情報」→「支払い」→「請求書履歴」の画面)で、過去の請求履歴を表示するにはどうしたらいいでしょうか。

 

状況としては、有料プランの支払い方法を変更(カナダドルから日本円での支払いに変更)した後、請求書履歴を確認しに行ったところ、過去の請求履歴が全て表示されなくなっていた、というものです。

それまで支払っていた分の請求履歴を確認する方法がありましたら教えていただきたく思います。

なお支払い方法以外の情報は操作しておりません。アカウントも同じままでの状況でした。

 

どなたかご存知でしたらお願いいたします。

web version is blurry but the only version that I can I can use virtual background

When using the app version zoom on my desktop I can't use the virtual background, but I can on the web version. The web version is SO SLOW but the app on my pc is so much faster! The error code I get when trying to add a virtual background to the app... Show more

When using the app version zoom on my desktop I can't use the virtual background, but I can on the web version. The web version is SO SLOW but the app on my pc is so much faster! The error code I get when trying to add a virtual background to the app version on pc is that my equipment doesn't support it. I have a brand new Logitech webcam 4k.

then when I look in my documents in the folder named zoom it appears this way: double_click_convert and it can´t be converted 

Why does this happens? 

My computers uses windows 10, and last week I  didn{t have this issue on Tuesday but on Thursday was different 

In my computer appear this sign 

el reproductor no admite quiza el codec ... what does it mean?

Close Caption processing

We are using Zoom's closed captioning and want to check if we could be provided with where and how the closed captioning is processed. ie DC in SG or AU as there was no documentation regarding this.

I have two pro accounts, one is personal, I'm hard of hearing and I really rely on captions. The personal account works just fine, live transcription works on that, but I also have a business account, it's for a nonprofit - Autistic Women's Alliance, and it no longer works, and I saw that it's still enabled in settings, but when I turn on "live captions" nothing appears on the screen.

Why is this working for one pro account, and not for another?

This is a nonprofit that serves disabled individuals that do have accessibility needs. Autistic individuals have similar auditory processing issues that hard of hearing and Deaf individuals have. I'm hard of hearing, so I really need the captions.

It'd be great if I can get this turned back on with my Autistic Women's Alliance account, otherwise we'd have to look for another service and we can hardly afford Zoom licensing as it is

Noone could connect to my meeting

Set up a meeting, sent out the invites.  I dialed in and everything looked ok, but then realized noone is dialing in.  Texted some of the participants and they said they got a message saying I am in a different call.  What does that mean?

I want to enable closed captioning for our company but i am not sure about the good option to choose between automatic translation and third party one.  On zoom page here i can see the automatic transcription is only available in English and also have some limitations. I need a solution available from English to French/ French to english. Can anyone  advise me ?

Resolved! How to swap zoom shared screen with videos side-by-side mode?

In Zoom's side-by-side mode, the shared screen is to the left of all the webcam videos. Is there a way to swap this so that the shared screen is on the right?My own webcam is to the left of my screen so it is more natural that when I am talking to so... Show more
In Zoom's side-by-side mode, the shared screen is to the left of all the webcam videos. Is there a way to swap this so that the shared screen is on the right?

My own webcam is to the left of my screen so it is more natural that when I am talking to someone during a shared session, my eyes are more directed towards the camera.

Hi everyone! My camera keeps freezing and going black 5-10 minutes after class starts. The camera works fine on all other websites. I have tried installing the new Zoom for Chromebooks app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the computer, and ensured the Chromebook has all it's updates.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?
