On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I can currently only see 12 people on gallery view on my iPad. If I have more people in the meeting I have to scroll to the right to see them. I can’t find any way to increase the size.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @BeggarsBanquet

Not sure what the maximum is for an iPad Air, but there is a note in this article about the different views, saying that more videos per page in gallery view requires iPad Pros:

Note: Gallery View allows you to see up to 16 participants at once, up to 30 participants at once when viewing on 11" and 12.9" iPad Pros (2nd, 3rd, and 4th generations), and up to 49 participants at once when viewing on a 5th generation 12.9" iPad Pro.

That is likely why you cannot view more than 12 per page.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
