I do not get the option to transfer a zoom video call from my computer to iPhone. HOW DO I DO IT?

Are you signed-in to the same account on both devices?

I believe I am. I only have one account I know of. But I don’t have to option to enable transferring at all.

If you're signed-in to the same account on both devices (easy way to check is compare your Personal Meeting ID on both devices to see if they match), then its likely your admin doesn't have the web setting enabled. Check out the instructions on this article for how to have that enabled: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4405850501133 (Free accounts should already have this enabled by default)

I did it but I don’t have the option to enable transfer. I called 8887999666. I didn’t get anywhere. I can’t call anyone, get support, terrible shoot. NOTHING. I need to get zoom pro but seriously considering another video conferencing platform.
