Host sent pdf file from his Computer on Zoom Chat, but participants can't see this pdf file?
Host confirm from Zoom web portal that the settings for in-meeting file transfer are set to On.

Hi Ray, thanks for the advice.
Tested out with my classmates yesterday on Zoom. Confirmed that the ones on laptop were able to download the pdf file I shared on Zoom Chat. whereas those one mobile phones were not able to see the pdf file at all.

Ideally, it would be nice to have a consistent file-sharing user experience on both mobile, desktop and web devices.
