Tengo la cuenta con la licencia activada pero no puedo hacer 2 videollamadas simultáneas. He intentado seguir los pasos que me indican en la web pero no encuentro en ningún lugar Unirse a distintas reuniones al mismo tiempo en su escritorio. Podrían enviarme un video explicativo de como hacerlo, tengo una reunión urgente y necesito una solución para mañana. Un saludo.

A recent upgrade to "Version: 5.12.2 (11434)" seemed to happen automatically, and afterwards many of my configuration settings had become different -- they were reset to the defaults. Specifically: Pretty much everything I had changed was reset to its default. I'm not happy about that. I would have expected the upgrade to have been tested sufficiently to ensure no undesirable side effects. I'm using Mac OS v10.13.6. P.S. Any dismissal of this issue on the grounds of Mac version should be backed up by evidence, not just an assumption. Thanks.

Al iniciar zoom (web o aplicación) me solicita el passcode. Me aparece el recuadro para ingresar el código, pero reviso mi buzón y no recibo el passcode. Uso la opción RESEND, pero de igual manera no recibo ese código. ¿Pueden ayudarme con este problema?

I had a zoom call the other night that the host recorded but I joined the meeting as a guest. I now created an account. Is there anyway to download this recording since I originally took part in it as guest? Thanks!
Hello, I recorded my friend's funeral 6.5 months ago and I would like to watch the recording, I cannot see any recordings in my account, and apparently Zoom deletes recordings after 180 days. But I'm wondering if Zoom might still have access to prior recordings from their end?

If my meeting is set to allow users from the US only, can this feature be bypassed with a VPN? If a user with a link to the meeting is outside the US but is using a VPN with an IP from Miami, for instance, will Zoom let them in or will they be blocked? Thank you.

I searched for contacts on ZOOM and selected the results, but actions such as chats and meetings do not appear. Anyone have a similar phenomenon?
can't join my own personal chat or anyone elses unless I close zoom and start over takes 3-4 times. I can see everyone that is on, but only names and avatars and my video is on, but everyone says it is just my avatar, and No one can hear me and I can't hear anyone. I get in and out of the zoom call and finally it works.. HELP, Nikki

Hi, I have a laptop that I use for my controls during a meeting, such as Powerpoint, and an additional monitor attached for the Zoom windows. I am set in Zoom for dual monitors (configured in the "general" settings area). On this additional monitor I have one Zoom window set to view the meeting participants, and the other for highlighting the current speaker or for sharing. As a facilitator, I will visit my meeting participants in their breakout rooms and then leave, returning to the main room. However, every time without fail when I return from a breakout, one of my Zoom windows gets moved to the laptop rather than sticking on the second monitor where it was originally. I've searched and cannot find a solution. Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks....Peter, using a Mac on Ventura OS
