Floating controls toolbar when not sharing

We use Zoom in church services, with the gallery view of online participants being placed on a large TV screen, operating as a second monitor. Unfortunately, the gallery view is available only on the main window, so the Zoom controls are also on the second monitor, which is undesirable. We would either like to be able to control the participant window to allow a gallery view there or move the control bar from there back to the first monitor.
