Le lancement de l'enregistrement de ma réunion , fige la vidéo et fait sortir les participants

A 2 reprises le lancement de l'enregistrement d'une réunion à 9 participants est impossible.

Dès que l'enregistrement est lancé, la réunion se fige, les micros et vidéos également. Tous les participants , y compris moi même , animatrice, sortent de la salle brusquement.

Avec un abonnement pro qui plus est. Je n'ai trouvé aucune solution à ce jour.

Is the recording Local or in the Zoom Cloud?  

 

If Local, perhaps you computer can’t handle the graphics load of the recording process, or not enough disk space is available. Have you been able to record previously?

If this is happening with a Cloud recording, please contact Zoom Support for technical assistance:
