On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I run Zoom on a Dell laptop running Windows 11. Lately, I've noticed that when I log on to Zoom, my picture (the one others see) is rolling from top to bottom and has a bright green color. When  I turn off my mail and web browser, it takes a minute or so for the picture to come to normal. During that minute, I get a "low resources " message, even though nothing else is running in the foreground. My system didn't work this way in the past; I had no trouble running my mail app and my browser along with Zoom. Has anyone else seen this (which started in the last couple of weeks)? If you have, how did you resolve it?

Hi there

 

I have a chrome book and am using the the Zoom PWA. i teach online classes and need the option to select original sound. I found a video on youtube on how to do this but i do not have the same options in the settings for audio to do this compared to the options that were shown in the video. The only option i have in audio are speaker & microphone. I have attached a screenshot of my options and the options that are in the youtube video. 

 

Do i need to update my zoom or is there something else i can do?

My recording cannot be converted even though it is on my computer.
Hi there.
My semester project required me to record a discussion using Zoom. Zoom did save my recording when I clicked the 'Recordings' tab. I cannot record it whenever I click on it. The file could not be converted at all. Additionally, I checked whether the file existed on the web client, but it does not. Could it be that the file is corrupted? I hope it helps. Prior to recording, I did a demo recording. However, the second demo recording did not save. As I just downloaded Zoom, it should also be the latest version since I use Zoom on my desktop with the latest Microsoft Windows.

Zoom operation has been confirmed by PC kitting.

From 14:30 to 16:00 on 2023.01.07, two PCs were connected to the host PC to confirm the Zoom connection.
However, the image on the slave side PC was blurry at high speed and I could not talk.
Since the two PCs are made by different manufacturers, it seems to be a problem on the Zoom side.
Please let me know how to improve the above.

Resolved! Removing the Zoom web app from my Mac Launcher?

I can't get rid of the Zoom web app from my launcher app on my Mac. I have installed the desktop app successfully, but the web app icon still persists. Can anyone help?

Zoom has been integrated with Outlook in Zoom profile settings; however, I can only see Zoom meetings in the Zoom Meetings tab that I have scheduled. I would like to be able to view in the Zoom Meetings tab all Zoom meetings to which I have been invited as well both on the desktop as well as my mobile device Zoom App. At the moment, I can only see these in Outlook on my desktop.
