Pro Account but Zoom Help says I don't have Support
Question 1 - Suddenly, my Pro Zoom Account does not get Chat Support. I do not understand why this is the case since I've always been able to use Chat Support. If anyone could please advise, I would appreciate it. Question 2 *** I am trying to contact Zoom to ask whether or not Enabling Original Sound for Musicians can be toggled ON for all meetings? I don't want to have to "remember" to toggle it on and risk losing the sound that I use to get before this new option came into being. If anyone can help with this second issue, I'd appreciate it.
