i have a user addition e-mail.
zoom sent a mail. but not result no-mail respond.
how can i do ?

As you can see from the file, the video is like that: a green screen, what's going on?? I have reinstalled Zoom app several times, but nothing changes. The PC camera is ok, then what?? For instance in Microsoft Teams it works perfectly... Help!!

My account was recently hacked and the customer service folks are singularly unhelpful in trying to reset and remove the interlopers who inserted themselves as co-users. How exactly does one remove users entirely from one's account?
When adding a new licenced user to your Pro account must they already have an existing Zoom account (either basic or pro). Can a Pro account owner send an invite email for a user licence to someone who doesn't currently have a zoom account of any type?

I was a licensed user and just received rights to be a user of a buddy's Pro account. What rights do I have? Can I initiate and host meetings using his account?
I joined a zoom call on my iphone. Zoom is allowed to use my camera and microphone. Zoom is allowed to use bluetooth. Privacy settings set to allow Zoom to use my microphone. however the meeting host could not hear me and we had to conduct the call via telephone. Why? Also can't use the "chatbot" feature on firefox or Chrome. Tried adding Zoom to the list of pop-up blocker exceptions, still didn't work, tried disabling popup blocker altogether, still didn't work. none of the support articles I have found seem to address this. Also not sure why there doesn't seem to be a way to test the microphone input from inside the zoom app?

I can only join the meeting with my cell phone and not with my Apple Computer. I can't figure our why this is the case. I have contacted the host and he has also looked into this but we have yet to come up with a solution. Any help is greatly appreciated.
