I want to use the french to english cc translation for my enterprise zoom acct. I have configured the cc and translation on my acct and seems to work (ai isnt as good as google meet btw). However when i attend abother team members meeting (my boss) the option for cc isnt there hence i cant translate .....need a fix

I'm guessing your boss doesn't have the Translated Captions option set up on his account. It's not globally enabled on all accounts. See this Zoom Support article for additional info on setting it up:

See the How to enable translated captions section, User subsection. This of course assumes your accounts are on the same organizational account, and the admin has enabled Translated Captions for everyone or for a group you are both members of.
