I am receiving this pop up box when using Zoom for events. "Unable to establish secure connection to Zoom" Any idea why. It is annoying and will not go away. It interferes with my sharing of screens.

Instead of my virtual background being solid, it has a "window" (round, rectangular or heart shaped are the choices). I only want my background to not have a window, because I don't want others to see what is going on behind me in my physical space. Is there a particular setting I can adjust to get rid of the window?

I am presenting life and virtual. I hook up to HDMI on my MacBook pro and the audience sees it well. my virtual crowd hears me well through my computer speaker, but as I share my screen they cant see my ppt slides. my live audience is happy but my virtual group wants to see my slides. Im sure there is a simple solution but I cant figure it out

I have a recurring meet set up to run indefinitely Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, but the meeting does not shut down at 5pm. How can I get the meeting to stop letting people into my waiting room at 5pm? Is end meeting for all my only option?
I cant finde the info on how many Licensed user i can have in diferent palns types, how many users that can start a meeting per plan type?
I recorded a meeting through the cloud feature - everyone on the meeting was notified with the audio and chat feature when I began and finished recording. However, I didn't get an email following the meeting with my recording details and likewise, the recording is not showing up in my cloud recordings under my account. I even checked my computer and local recordings even though I am 100% positive I used cloud recording. I saw some people recommending looking through the deleted recording files, but I have never once deleted a recording so I don't even see that as an option on my screen. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to solve/where to look? Thanks!

Hello everyone. I want to schedule a meeting for 7 classes for specific times and dates. But when I select "Recurring Meeting" the time and date options close. How does one schedule a recurring meeting with specific time and date parameters?
When a participant tried to join the meeting via web portal, a error message "Unknown error" was displayed. We did the same thing the other day and at that time, no error message was displayed and all the memebers were able to participate without any problems. Does anyone know how to fix it ? Thank you in advance.

Hi, Having trouble getting my picture to show up when I join a Zoom meeting. I've researched and have not found a solution. Also, what is a "profile picture"? Assume that's different than my live picture? Help? Mac OS Big Sur, Firefox browser Larry
