I want to open a second account using the same e-mail. The instructions tell me to go into my account profile and disassociate my existing account. Then I'll be able to open a second account. What happens to my original account if I follow this procedure?

I am leaving my company. We need to update the email associated with the account log in. 1. What will happen to the zoom meetings that are scheduled when we update the email ? 2. Will all of the meetings that are already on the calendar need to be sent a new Zoom invite?

Hello Zoom Community! We have a handful of conference room computers in our organization that are used to host various meetings via Zoom and other conferencing software. Users are supposed to schedule meetings for these rooms and use the designated Zoom account configured for each room. We are finding that users are scheduling meetings with their own Zoom accounts and signing into the Zoom client on conference room computers with this account to conduct the meeting. They do not log out of the Zoom client afterward. Aside from this being a behavioral/HR issue, it would be extremely helpful to be able to lock down the Zoom client on these computers so that only a designated account can login to and use the Zoom client. Looking at: Restricting logins for the Zoom Client – Zoom Support Restricting the email domain does not work, employees have the same email domain. Restricting the ability to join meetings does not work, as we want a specific account to always be signed into the Zoom client. Is there any feature available or in the works that would allow admins to grant specific login to the Zoom client and block every other account? Thanks! EM_Zoom

Is there a way to customize message if the meeting has not started and some clicks on meeting link? It could be a recurring meeting and it will be helpful to know the scheduled date and time.
I recorded a zoom meeting to my desktop, but it does not show up under recordings in my zoom account, nor anywhere I can find on my computer. Also, I ended the meeting, but zoom still shows the meeting as an "Upcoming Meeting" rather than a "Previous Meeting." Could that be part of the problem? How do I find the recording?

We are running Teams in Intel NUCs with third party conferencing enabled. This works fine for Webex however when running a Zoom meeting the Video just freezes completely for all participants. Tried looking on the Microsoft sites but no luck in finding a resolution. Anyone else seen/resolved this?

I know how to set up a meeting that requires registration. What I don't know is how to create a link for people to register. In other words, I want to have my web page say something like this: Click here to register for this event. and the link to take them to a Zoom registration page. I've seen this done by others. David

I set up a monthly meeting. I just logged into zoom and can't figure out how I send the invitation to the meeting.
