I have to reload zoom every *********** time I want to use it

I don't know what the problems are with zoom. I can't go live on face book, i can't join meetings without having to download zoom each a nd every single time. I am loading the program from the microsoft app store so updating is not the issue. I can't... Show more

I don't know what the problems are with zoom.  I can't go live on face book,  i can't join meetings without having to download zoom each a nd every single time.  I am loading the program from the microsoft app store so updating is not the issue.  I can't express how annoying this waste of time is.  I am paying for a service that I can't even get support for.  This is unacceptable..... I don't have to tell you...... you have already experienced this or you would not be here

Blocked account after clicking on webinar registration link got a 403 forbidden error

I'm perplexed! I received an email about a webinar later this week, which had a "register now" button. I clicked the button and filled out the registration form, but when I then clicked "register", the page said "HTTP 403 error".

Shortly thereafter I tried to click on a zoom link and got the message: 

"Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access us04web.zoom.us"

 

This extends to any zoom link from anywhere. 

When I try to contact Zoom live support by phone, the automated response is then unable to locate my account (after I enter my Personal Meeting ID and my Host Key), so it won't allow me to reach anyone. What do I do to get around this catch-22?
I have basic zoom and do not really want to spend $50 for a single customer service phone call, is that my only option? Thank you!

Downloading my meetings from Zoom cloud to release storage

Hi there, 

My cloud storage is full so i am trying to download (my own) meeting recordings to my computer. I do not see the option to do this. Am I missing something? Thank you

We are deploying Zoom Meetings 5.12.10232 to 100+ devices with Intune.

The deployment works well. We use the command below:

msiexec /i "%~DP0ZoomInstallerFull.msi" ZConfig="AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=true;AU2_SetUpdateChannel=0;AU2_EnableManualUpdate=false;AU2_EnableUpdateAvailableBanner=false;AU2_EnableShowZoomUpdates=false" zNoDesktopShortCut="true" /qn

 

But now we find out the application is only updated on devices where Zoom is running/started.

Is it possible to auto update the application in the background on devices where Zoom isn't started?

Pending Zoom App (but shows switched)

The account still shows pending meaning att did their part, but the zoom side is not completed. ATT says it is on Zooms side. Account now shows switched (it had been saying "not paid" for many weeks), but when you go into the account it says "pending... Show more

The account still shows pending meaning att did their part, but the zoom side is not completed. ATT says it is on Zooms side.

 

Account now shows switched (it had been saying "not paid" for many weeks), but when you go into the account it says "pending" 21 days later. My meetings only last 40 mins as if it is a free account, but it isn't. Please help.

Interpreting function via livestream on Youtube doesn't work with every voice channel

If you use the interpreting function the interface to youtube doesn't work proberly. The voice channels are not transferred correctly. Is there anybody who had this problem before and has an idea what I could do?

when I start the zoom meeting and people try to get into the room, they are recieving a message saying user has another meeting started and they can't get in...help
