I have a question about license allocation.
I want to give a user permission to assign licenses only.
Is there any way other than 1 group, 1 role?

Hi, @Lechjohan,.  Sorry for the delay in responding to your post.

 

To assign licenses to users, you have to be the owner of the account, an admin of the account, or granted permission via role.

 

Adding a role is easy.  As Owner or Admin, go to Admin -> User Management -> Roles, click the blue Add Role button, create a name for your role, then the "role editor" window shows.

 

Here I created a role named Grant License Only, and checked only the box for Edit on the Users row:

Click Save when done.

 

Then assign that role to the person you want to be able to assign licenses for others by clicking the Role Members tab under the named role.
