bluetooth headset

Hi.  I use a bluetooth headset but I'm unable to hear the audio on  Zoom.  I can see the device and select it but the audio doesn't come thru.  The headset is new and works perfectly with other applications on my laptop (youtube, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).

Any suggestions?

Check if the microphone, speakers, or headphones are plugged in and not muted. Unplug the device, then plug it back in. If it's a bluetooth device, ensure that it is turned on and connected properly. Make sure that you are using a supported USB device for Zoom.

Regards,
Jimmy
