During my live Zoom meetings, it freezes and repeats the motion over and over.  I use Zoom to teach live fitness classes, and this keeps happening.  I have to stop the video and come back.  I teach far away from the computer and have to stop the class and come back.    It has happened since updating Zoom's latest version this year (2023).

What should I do?

Help! We have an issue where on one of our Windows 10 PCs. The Zoom video call is minimised down (its tiny) and its stuck to the taskbar. It cant be maximised or restored and there are no options when we float over it to try and bring it back to full screen. The call can be seen when you hover over it but its tiny and the audio / video doesnt work. This happens if you host a meeting or join one. 

I recorded a Zoom meeting this morning where I needed to have the witness pinned.  I did so, but the recording doesn't show it.  I have been told that the recording needed to be saved to my computer rather than the cloud for that to happen.  Can I convert it to be saved on my computer?

I scheduled a non-recurring meeting and it seems to be appearing on everyone's calendar but not on the "upcoming" list on my zoom account. Every other meeting I have scheduled for 2023 is on the list so I don't know why this one meeting for next week is not. So how do I tell if the meeting is going to work or not?? Thanks for your help!

UPDATE: Fixed the problem. I have an ASUS and some of the features of the AiSense camera were turned on. I went into the ASUS settings tool and disabled those features and now there are no problems using my camera with Zoom.

I had a strange problem just show up. I've used this computer and this camera many times before without issues. But now when I turn on my camera, it shows me for a few seconds, then the entire frame goes solid green. It's not a problem with the camera, as I use it for other things. And it actually works for a few seconds and looks fine, which is really strange.

I have tried rebooting, updating Zoom, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. Disabling "de-noise" and all hardware acceleration, etc, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Zoom is kind of useless without video capabilities.

I desperately need help -- my Zoom calls a flashing / strobing (not just flickering). I have fiddled with the 50 or 60 hz and it's made no difference whatsoever. I've also replaced my webcam and still no difference. I have important meetins all week so this is a disaster. Hoping for a quick response. Thanks in advance - Ness

We invited a user from Account B to Account A. This user was in the pending users list until they accepted the invitation and account change page. Since then the user has disappeared from the pending users list and is not searchable in the user list. However, when attempting to re-invite the user we are presented with a message stating "user already in account: ***********"
