Joining a Meeting Issue
I don't understand why it's so hard to get help on zoom. I was trying to log into a meeting that I signed up for, but no matter what I kept facing the issue that I was already logged in on another device when that wasn't the case. I cleared my cache on my phone and laptop browsers and shut them both off for 5 minutes. They both still didn't work and only showed something when the meeting was over. What is wrong? I'm also facing trouble with getting help and reporting this problem.
