What do the colored outlines mean in gallery view?

In gallery mode when someone speaks it it outlined in green. Sometimes we see pink or purple outlines, do you know what it means ? thank you

How to change the volume of zoom calls on an iPhone (super loud, unbearable with earbuds)

It seems impossible to change the volume of zoom meetings with an iPhone. Is there a secret settings somewhere? The volume is not affected by the standard volume buttons on the side of the iphone.Please help  thank you
