When I had the free version of Zoom, only my upcoming Zoom events would show up on the home page.  I upgraded my account and now all upcoming events on my Outlook calendar show up.  I only want  Zoom meetings to show up on the calendar as they did before.  Can I integrate with Outlook so I can use the plug-in without having every meeting show up?

Thank you

Does anyone know why, when I schedule a meeting from one computer (IP address) and access the meeting from another computer (IP address), I'm not able to screen share with guests or able to set anyone as a co-host, etc.?

There must be a simple solution, as many people use office computers sometimes and home computers at other times.  Just don't know what the answer is and getting quite frustrated.

Thank you.

Opening zoom link without account

Does zoom require everyone to have a zoom account to open a zoom link and participate in a meeting? Having difficulty figuring it out.

Update zoom meeting invite

If I sent a zoom meeting invite while I was on the basic plan, and now I have already upgraded to pro, do I need to re-send the zoom meeting invite to ensure that my meeting, later on, would not be cut off after 40 minutes?

When I open the Zoom app and join a meeting my camera doesn't work on my MacBook.  If I log in to my account on zoom.com and open or start another meeting via the website, the camera works.

Opening the app actually shuts down my MacBook camera.  It won't even function if I open another app such as FaceTime.  If I close the Zoom app and enter a room via zoom.com the camera magically works.

Hi,

I have a Mackie Onyx12 mixer.  I can get sound out in my Zoom meeting by choosing Onyx12 1-2.  However, whenever I choose Line (Onyx12) in the Microphone drop-down, I get an error "There seems to be an issue with your microphone, please select a different device and try again."

I have my mic connected in channel 1.  I know it works because I could hear it directly in my main speakers.  It is just that I'm having this difficulty connecting it to Zoom.

Appreciate help on how to make my mic work.

Thanks,

Mike

I have a user on my account that whenever she creates a scheduled meeting via the zoom plugin for outlook 2016, the HTML version is used. All other users, including myself, uses the plaintext version when scheduling meetings from the plugin.

The problem is that our meeting room can't read the passcode when it is in HTML. So she is required to manually type the passcode each time she wants to join a meeting, in our meeting room, that she scheduled.
Everyone else in the company can join meetings in our meeting room without having to enter their passcode, since the plugin has always used plaintext for them.
When she uses the plaintext version she does not have to enter her passcode.

I tried to go into our branding section to see if I could change the HTML version, but it doesn't seem like I can even edit the HTML version.

Anyone has any idea why her plugin uses the HTML version, and how I can get it to work properly so she doesn't have to type her passcode each time?
