I’ve recently updated to 5.13 on macOS Monterey 12.6.2. Video feed for all my cameras (onboard Mac native webcam and external Logitech 922 webcam) cannot operate anymore: the image freezes. I was running macOS 12.6.1, so I updated, restarted: same issue.

Now the only option left is for me to roll back to the previous (working) version 5.12.9 (13190). A link would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

UPDATE:

1) Manage to find 5.12.9 on uptodown: https://zoom.en.uptodown.com/mac/versions

2) I can confirm that rolling back to 5.12.9 solves the issue: both the native webcam and the external webcam now behave as expected. So might be a conflict between macOS Monterey 12.6.2 (and 12.6.1 since I experienced the issues with this version, before updating in the hope of fixing the issue: the update to 12.6.2 did not solve the issue).

When selecting a registration link on a smartphone or tablet, it opens up the Zoom app instead of going to the web browser. However, when clicking on the link on a computer, the Meeting Registration page opens up correctly in the browser.

This is the first time this happened. Previous registration links worked correctly.

I would appreciate any assistance.

Thank you.

My zoom has gone crazy. First, when I schedule a meeting and save it to my Google calendar, I get an option to send out email invites. This used to work fine when I just entered the email of the person(s) being invited. NOW, it lists all the emails of those who are invited to future meetings and sends out invitations to everyone! Mortified! I've tried to delete those addresses but then it deletes their scheduled meetings too! So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. I tried to connect again with the Google calendar and it's telling me "Add failed, the calendar-related access permissions are not allowed." HELP! I'm running a business here and this is so frustrating!

Thx

No video option in settings

My video is periodically flickering during meetings. I have googled a solution and it seems to be about changing the video settings within settings.

However, I cannot see any "video" options within settings? I'm using a PC with Windows 10.

Once I enter full screen mode on Zoom, there seems to be no way to go back to a windowed view, which is standard for every program I've ever used, whether on Windows or Linux (in full screen mode, Zoom hides the menu bar that contains the min/max/exit icons).  For Zoom, full screen vs exit full screen is limited to controlling how Zoom presents the view within the Zoom window once it has already taken over the entire screen via Zoom's full screen option.

What I want to know is how to get back to a windowed view in Zoom .  I have not found any Zoom doc on this.  Given that this is very basic functionality for any software app,  surely there must be a way.  Thanks.
