Video difficulties

When I log into a meeting, I ensure my video icon is on. However, i still can not see myself. A picture of a camera with a line through it shows up. Anyone know what this is?

Sandra- I work in healthcare and for whatever reason...our accounts have been set up so video can never be used whether we enable it or not.  Not sure of your situation...but it could be a setting your administrator can unlock if you aren't the actual account admin.

Thanks for your reply. I am using zoom on my personal laptop. How do I unlock this?
