Hi, This has happened a few times recently. During screen share when passing Remote Control of the keyboard and mouse to an attendee a double cursor displays for the attendee. Only one of these cursors controls the clicks they have caused sessions to be cancelled as they are impossible to navigate with. Any Advice ? TIA

Hello, I am integrating zoom SDK for Unreal Engine, Previous I was using Zoom SDK Version 5.17 for Unreal Engine 5.3.2. It was working.
Once Zoom SDK Version 6.1.5, I was getting Meeting failed error with Iresult 10, Which mentioned there might be SDK version issue.
I have updated it with zoom sdk to 6.1.5, it is causing Compilation issue for ZoomMeetingSDKBPLibrary file
For following function
FString UZoomMeetingSDKBPLibrary::GenerateJWTAuthToken(FString client_id,
FString client_secret)
with
Error C2664 'FString ZOOMSDK::UE::ZM_AUTH_JWT_GEN(std::string &,std::string &)': cannot convert argument 1 from 'std::string' to 'std::string &' C:\Repositories\IAMVERSE_Phase1_Client\Plugins\ZoomMeetingSDK\Source\ZoomMeetingSDK\Private\ZoomMeetingSDKBPLibrary.cpp
I have updated as per error list It is Showing me _

Hi folks, Windows 11 and Zoom (6.2.0)both on latest versions, both on teacher’s system and my own. I am on ASUS Laptop around a year old.
Original sound for musicians both enabled. He can hear me play without any issue, however I cannot hear him clearly. Within a few notes it sounds as though noise suppression kicks in and I hear nothing of his playing. I am not playing along with him and there is no speaking while he/I play. I am using computer audio. We have tried every combination of both Zoom options and Windows system options without success. It feels as though there is something very basic awry. We continued the lesson utilising my iPhone iOS 17.6.1 with full functionality both sides.
Any guidance would be most gratefully received. Many thanks in advance👍🏻

Having some trouble with our meetings. One meeting went long, and another meeting couldn't start even though the meeting numbers were different. I thought with Pro you could have more than one meeting at a time. Am I wrong?
Step 1: screen-share another screen Success: floating meeting control bar is visible and Zoom windows are minimized Step 1: screen-share Second camera A new sort of meeting window appears with meeting controls at the bottom. Step 2: minimize Zoom windows Fail: only the mini-window is visible, with minimal controls Step 3: click the ^ icon Fail: only minimal controls are now visible Step 4: press ALT to show/hide controls Fail: no controls visible at all For my setup, I need the captions to be floating freely on my monitor. But when screen-sharing to Second camera, the captions are contained within the Zoom window. If I minimize the zoom window, then the captions do float freely - however, I no longer have access to meeting controls (only minimal controls are visible; see above problem). Step 1: screen-share Second camera Step 2: enable captions Fail: captions are contained within the Zoom window Step 3: Minimize all Zoom windows Success: captions are now freely floating; but Fail: meeting controls are now entirely missing I have tried changing potentially relevant settings with no success. E.g. enabling/disabling dual-monitors, side-by-side view, always show meeting controls. I tried this on two different Windows desktops. I have tried unplugging webcams and other devices. I have restarted my computer. I have checked for Zoom updates. Windows 11 Version 6.2.6I host meetings and deliver webinars regularly using Zoom, PowerPoint, and multiple monitors.
(1) The floating meeting control bar is no longer available when "Advanced" screen-sharing to a "Second camera."
(2) This also causes problems when enabling captions.Everything works normally when screen-sharing another screen.
But there is no floating meeting control bar when screen-sharing a "Second camera."
This also causes problems when enabling captions.

I'm thinking of signing up for zoom again, but the only thing that is holding me back is the ability to present when using Google slides. I'm unable to attach an example from Google Meet that I currently use, but when I present a deck it allows me to have my notes on screen at the same time that only I can view. Is this something that I can do on zoom when presenting? I know at the moment it pops out and that's not very helpful at all.

I'm trying to check on/set up my virtual background and I'm trying to follow the instructions in the account settings are in "Personal". I click on the meeting tab and I find "virtual background" and it is, indeed, set. I went to "in meeting (advanced) -- And then I'm stuck -- I can't find "Click Manage virtual background. " I must be missing something....
I want to just have a picture uploaded, no videos or anything and reality doesn't quite agree with the instructions

Hi Zoom Community, We run an entrepreneurial competition, and I would love a way to integrate Zoom polls into our process. The problem with a lot of the online surveys we are currently using is they only give you a weighted scale of the responses. I want the surveys not to give me an average but the totals for each question. That way we can compare different entries and quickly see which is best. Has anyone successfully used Zoom polls to judge business presentations? Any tips on how to do this? Our current method is using MS Forms, dump into Excel and then add. It's cumbersome and a hassle to do in real time.
