We are having an issue where an employee is creating a meeting within Zoom, and when it syncs to their Outlook calendar, their meeting numbers are corresponding with a separate meeting altogether. For example:

 

In the Zoom client we would have 2 meeting:

  • June 13, 2025 at 10 am Team Check-in
    Meeting number 90000000000
  • June 15, 2025 at 8am for Employee Evaluation
    Meeting number 90000000001

When it syncs with the Outlook calendar the same meetings become one:

  • June 13, 2025 at 8am for Team Check-In
    Meeting number 90000000001

It appears that all the calendar syncs are setup correctly but for this one user they are misplacing the information. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Missing recording

Joined a Zoom meeting and was made a host. I recorded the meeting to the cloud but it's not showing up in my cloud recordings. The person who setup he meeting says he hasn't got it. Can anyone give me a clue as to where the recording might be? Show more

Hey guys, I’m trying to streamline my communication and support for my dropshipping store using Zoom, but I’m running into some issues. I want to offer live consultations or support calls for my customers, but I’m not sure how to integrate Zoom with my store (using Sellvia) or if it’s even worth it. Anyone here using Zoom for customer service or product consultations? How do you set it up, and does it actually help with sales or customer satisfaction? Would love to hear your experiences!

Resolved! Add more meetings to list of recurring meetings

I have a list of recurring meetings scheduled through the end of June; I want to add more meetings to the list. I thought there was a prompt to "add another meeting" on the scheduling page, but I'm not seeing it. Does anyone have a solution for this?... Show more

how can i check who is invited to a meeting

Hi,

I understand this will seem very basic but I am a new user and have just set up my first meeting. I filled in the schedule new meeting form and tried to put in two email addresses for the other participants. it would only accept one at a time and i had to save the form to be able to enter the second email address. How can I check who is invited to this meeting?

In the workplace upcoming meetings tab it shows the meeting just with me as the host. Is this correct or does it mean the form has not functioned correctly and the other two participants have not been invited? Is there really no way of checking who has been invited to a meeting?

First, I tried searching these forums and google and youtube before posting. Every answer I found was similar but didn't answer my question.

 

All I'm wanting to do is remove the password requirement to join my PMI meeting. It says locked by admin, I'm the only person who has access to and uses my account. I see that my current role is 'owner', how this doesn't also give me admin authority I'll never understand. I read some posts in this community that say go to Account Management and under there is Account Settings, but I don't have the Settings option there.

 

This is probably a fairly easy fix, appreciate the person(s) who have it.

Hi everyone,
I'm setting up a recurring webinar with multiple dates (same topic, different days), and I'd like each attendee to be able to register for only one of the available sessions — not multiple.

So far, I've enabled registration and made the webinar recurring, but I can't find an option that limits people to just one date. I only want them to pick one, and once registered, they shouldn't be able to access or register for the others.

Is this possible with Zoom Webinar? Am I missing a setting?
