Double Cursor

Hi, 

 

This has happened a few times recently. During screen share when passing Remote Control of the keyboard and mouse to an attendee a double cursor displays for the attendee. Only one of these cursors controls the clicks they have caused sessions to be cancelled as they are impossible to navigate with. Any Advice ? TIA

This just happened to me today.  The student has a new computer.  Does anyone know what this is?

Me too - exactly the same problem. It creates a real headache for the student. 

Does anyone from zoom technical support actually read and respond to this message board?
