Yesterday - 1/11/2023, I had attendees say that the host has disabled video. I had many people sharing their video but about a handful out of 100 people said it was disabled by host. I was the host and do not disable video. I went to each window pane and asked them to start their video. Then they could. Just wanted to see what may have happened to not have this reoccur.

We had a meeting last night where one attendee set their background to a political ad. I wanted to block just that person's video feed. Is there a way to do that?
I am sharing a powerpoint as my background and the toolbar never comes down to let me use annotation. When you share a normal screen it allows you to use annotation. When using the advanced share screen and using the powerpoint as a background it does not allow me to use annotation. Can any help give guidance? Thanks!

We will be having an all day meeting with breaks for meals. So there will be speaker 1 in the morning, speaker 2 after lunch, etc. I have established only one invitation for the entire day. If I want to record each speaker to a separate MP4 file how can I do that? Or would I need to establish a separate invitation for the morning session, then another for the afternoon, etc. ? Thanks in advance for your help. Andy F.

Hi, This is probably a stupid question. But when I colllaborate with others that has different screen sizes than me my screen shows up smaller in there screens. Today my partner had a 27" and I use a 49 wide. Is there some way he can zoom in so he can see what he is doing when he is controlling my screen /Anders

How can I get Zoom to send one email for a participant to accept all recurring meetings instead of multiple emails for each individual meeting in a recurring meeting series?
In a broadcast environment, has anyone figured out how to set up isolated communication channels with zoom participants? Example communicating with one presenter while another presenter is currently on air. At a previous facility we would accomplish this with one laptop per participant, with Dante for the audio and a Blackmagic Web Presenter to handle the participant's return video. We would like to use ZoomISO to handle the incoming presenters, but would need to be able to communicate with each presenter separately, so as to not disturb the person on air.
