Zoom has been integrated with Outlook in Zoom profile settings; however, I can only see Zoom meetings in the Zoom Meetings tab that I have scheduled. I would like to be able to view in the Zoom Meetings tab all Zoom meetings to which I have been invited as well both on the desktop as well as my mobile device Zoom App. At the moment, I can only see these in Outlook on my desktop.

When recording in Gallery mode, does the recording show both people on the same screen?

 

I wanted the recording to show both of us, however it only shows the speaker.

Recovering local recordings after my computer has been deleted

Hello, I am trying to recover few local recordings from September 5th, 2022. My computer was deleted in ASUS laboratory and a new OS was installed above. Is there any way to get back my recordings from Zoom company ? As a free user I will glad to pay... Show more

I am trying to recover few local recordings from September 5th, 2022. My computer was deleted in ASUS laboratory and a new OS was installed above. Is there any way to get back my recordings from Zoom company ? As a free user I will glad to pay for them. My personal ID is the same as before.

always getting meeting in progress message

Recently all the meetings I create as a host don't let the participants join, they all get a "host has other meeting in progress" notice. I've tried leaving the meeting and starting again. Nothing works. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi Everyone,

 

For a one-time event, I need to organize several simultaneous meetings (15 minutes each) between buyers and sellers. (We, the organizers, can’t be present at those meetings.)

 

I understand that we should upgrade our account to a Pro Account and invite each of the buyers as Licensed Users, so each of them can have their schedule of meetings.

 

Would you happen to know if this is correct?

Do you know if there is a limit of Licensed users that can be invited?

Do you know if there is a cost for each Licensed user invited?

Do you know if I can create the links for the buyers? (We can’t ask them to do it)

Hello! My team has recently been having difficulty getting logged into meetings. I have been assigning two other team members as co-host for meetings I create. I have registration turned on for these meetings. For the last two meetings, they have been unable to get logged in as it says they are unable to register since they are hosts, but the direct link I am able to generate is still requiring them to register. How do I generate a direct link for co-hosts when I have registration enabled?

I know how to export a basic meeting attendance report following a meeting's conclusion; however, is there a way to export a detailed meeting attendance report following a meeting's conclusion? 

I would like to reconcile attendees against registrants for events that we host, and I can't without either their email addresses or IP addresses.

Saving zoom room

I attend regular meeting with my boss on zoom in her personal zoom room.

Is there a way of saving her zoom room in my profile so that I dont have to search out the confirmation zoom email each time I have a meeting with her?
