Same, same. . . I want to set an audible tone, ring, ping, whatever, notifying me when an invitee has entered the waiting room. Is this possible. Can't imagine it's not. Help is appreciated. Thx.
Hola, no puedo editar el tema de la reunión, me dice que el administrador bloqueo esa opción. el administrador de la cuenta soy yo y no logro encontrar como desbloquear esa opcion, antes de actualizar la version si podía hacerlo
Good morning, all. I DID read a bit about adding co-hosts already, and will continue to search. In the meantime... Does anyone know if personal account information or passwords must be shared with someone assigned as a co-host? A group I attend is shifting to 2x a month, vs weekly - a lot of folks would like to do weekly, but that would mean someone else stepping up to host when the account owner is unavailable. The account owner mentioned a concern about having to share personal information so I am trying to help find out. It *looks* like one can add a co-host and that co-host receives the link and can open things up *without* the account password, but I'm not clear. She would need someone to open the meeting (not create one) and host every other week when she is not joining. Can anyone share some information, preferably in layman's terms, that I can pass on? Thanks so much for any help!

Hi everyone.I need urgent help.I have scheduled a meeting for tonight at 20:00 in which I generated an automatic link. If I press end meeting now the link will no longer exist and I will have to generate another one.This is impossible because already 100 people have been notified of the current link and I have no way to contact them again.Is there any possibility to end the meeting but at 8 p.m. to enter on the same line? I don't think I could stay with my laptop on zoom for 6 hours. Thank you

When I am on a meeting with a student, my picture goes yellow and green. I switch my camera off, then it corrects and then it goes funny again. I have had it with my own technicians who have tried to change background settings but it doesn't work. I did a meeting on Teams yesterday and it was fine so I reckon it is only zoom that is my problem.

Por favor necesito ayuda, varios dias en mi ordenador que la pantalla se pone a moverse parpadear y cambiar de multiples colores, ya he visto que dicen de pasar a una version antigua pero no se hacerlo. Tambien dicen de ir a quitar la optimizacion del video en avanzado pero no lo encuentro ni se como hacerlo, por favor alguien que me ayude, nose que hacer ni hay donde llamar en español. gracias

Hello, I am a host for our church services on the Zoom Platform and I have just run into a problem during our service the audio portion of a participant that sings and plays the piano just shuts down and cannot be heard. This only seems to happen when the participant is playing and singing. When there is just dialog (different people speaking) the audio is fine. Just not sure if it is the microphone device settings are the problem or the microphone device itself or the computer the participant is using is the problem. This has happened with two different participants as well, within the same week. The first participant is using a Samson-Satellite Broadcast microphone hooked into a Dell computer. Any recommendations or help would be appreciated.

I recorded a meeting today (saving to my desktop) but after closing the meeting Zoom "quit unexpectedly". I can't find the recording on my computer and am wondering if there is any way to "find" this recording in the cloud/my account? Or is it just gone? 😞 (I can not find it in my "Recordings" folder in my account either. Or would I need to check the "Recordings" folder of the person who was hosting the meeting; it wasn't "my" meeting.)

I teach a zoom class with 15 adults. I changed my internet to wifi and get about 450 mps. When I show a video on zoom, a few students experience buffering and freezing of the video. If I went to 1 gig speed, would that solve the problem? Or, would a wifi signal booster work?
