Audio not working

Hello!  Can someone please help me?  My zoom audio (both speakers and microphones) not working.  I know it is not a problem with the laptop since audio of other apps work fine.

    having the same issue. It even does it in the test audio. All other apps om computer work. Built in Real tek speakers on ZenBook .

    Having the same issue. Our computers with external speaker work fine. Mainly the laptops with built in speakers have the issue.
