As a Pro user, is it possible to record both video and audio when I am alone in a meeting? Right now, when I am alone in the meeting it records only audio, and after anyone else joins, than video is recorded as well. I need the video when I am alone in the meeting, too. Is that possible? Thank you!

When students join a zoom call hosted by a teacher? none of the student chats get to the teacher.

All students are using the above version, and the teacher is using a Windows 10 PC.

I was told that only PWA works on Chrome OS, but it was working fine until this week.

We need a solution, and yet Zoom, google, or whomever do not offer any support on this end.

We have spent a lot of time trying to fix this.

In 2 separate zoom accounts, we have had issues with the polls not launching, or not showing that people are answering once launched even though people are in fact submitting answers. During these meetings, if someone else logs in under the host's account, then that person was able to launch the polls. However, in one meeting it took 3 different people to use the same host log in, in order to launch the polls. This is not a workaround we want because ideally people should not be using the same account/password sharing. This is clearly a malfunction in zoom, it is not user error as we have been able to successfully launch polls for the past 2 years in our account.  

I have two computers. One has processor Intel Pentium(R) Silver N5030 CPU @ 1.10GHz

The second has processor AMD Athlon Gold 3150U with Radeon Graphics 2.40GHz

Now, in the beginning, the Intel Pentium computer gave an error saying it doesn't support virtual background. But after a few months, it now works.

On the other hand, the AMD Athlon computer gets this error as well, and from my understanding this is a better process than the Intel Pentium one.

So I'm confused as to why the Intel P one didn't work in the beginning, but now randomly does. And the AMD doesn't work at all, at least not right now.

Some insight would be appreciated.

We have a licensed account and run classes over Zoom and we normally have to log in and make our tutor the host of the Zoom call at the start of the session. If we created a Basic user on our account could we have them start and host their classes while retaining all of our licenses features (unlimited minutes etc)?

The participant uses a Windows PC with the latest Zoom version. Extra update to the latest Zoom version.

At the beginning of the meeting (with 3 participants) we can all see each other well. After a short time, the video of one participant is suddenly no longer visible for the 2 remaining participants. Instead, the 2 remaining participants each see themselves in the Zoom video window of the participant we can no longer see.

The participant himself doesn't notice anything about it, he always sees the 2 remaining participants correctly.

What could be the reason for this? Webcam driver problem of the one participant?

I have followed the instructions to adding the 3rd Party Survey per the multiple Zoom articles or social links without success. The Account Management and User settings are changed to allow this function and the link to Google drive file for the Google Form has been added in the 3rd Party Link in a scheduled meeting then saved. I have checked the part to give the choice to submit to the attendees after each meeting. However, when the meeting is over there is no indication to give the survey to the attendees. What am I missing?
