Zoom records only audio, not video when only me is in the meeting

As a Pro user, is it possible to record both video and audio when I am alone in a meeting? Right now, when I am alone in the meeting it records only audio, and after anyone else joins, than video is recorded as well. I need the video when I am alone in the meeting, too. Is that possible? Thank you!

Hey @katalintamas are you recording local or cloud? If recorded locally, I would suggest checking your file destination, as I had my video on and was able to capture myself in a .mp4, along with a separate file of audio (.m4a)

To check your local recordings you can go to your Zoom Desktop settings > Recording > Open.
