Необходимо просмотреть историю проведённых конференций в программе ZOOM. Посмотрел инструкцию на сайте. Там написано, что нужно нажать значок телефона. Значок телефона в моей программе отсутствует.
Что делать в данной ситуации?
I connected with computer audio on my laptop (windows 10) , and even did the set up the microphone and it registered it just fine, even the little icon goes green when I talk, although the other person couldn't have heard me, I even tried swithcing to my phone and the same thing was happening , did I miss something , am I doing something wrong? I even tried with headphones...

Dear ZOOM, Thank you for your hard work and service. Herein I provide you with the screenshot of my problem (the picture), so you or anybody can help me find the solution. I tested the ZOOM video with my external camera and I have still the same issue. Previously, I tried to examine my built-in camera with the camera app. on my laptop and used different video conference platforms, but I do not have this problem. This happened since I updated the ZOOM app. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still got the same problem. It run normally for a few seconds then the problem appeared, then I stopped my video and started again - it was normal for a few seconds again, and the problem appeared, and on, and on. Would you please kindly help me out? Thank you so much, Regards.

The reporting timeframe is only allowing me a maximum report duration of 1 month. Does anyone know how to change that to allow for a 1 year duration?

I'm having 2 issues with zoom meeting audio. I teach singing so have the 'original sound for musicians' clicked on zoom. Everything else unselected. Issue 1; Only with certain clients (2/20), it's always the same 2 clients, we experience a hissing sound that becomes unbearable very quickly, unless either one of us hits mute on our mics. We needs to do this every few minutes so the sound returns to normal then gradually builds again. As mentioned, the sound is perfect for all other clients so I'm reticent to change my hardware (add a mic etc). as I also use an external musical keyboard so don't want to set up an extra mic and usb for the keyboard and use logic or anything. I would like the simple Mac set up that works for all my other clients to also work with the 2 who are experiencing issues. Any ideas of things we can try? Issue 2; I experience sound loss with one of my clients (out of 20) when she sings higher in pitch. She has the same setting as me; just 'original sounds for musicians' selected. I am assuming this is something to do with her Mac settings as we experience the same issue with all other online video conferencing softwares.... but does anyone have any idea what it could be? I have a Mac. I am trying to start a meeting and zoom quits unexpectedly before ever actually opening. What is going on? I have no trouble using zoom on my laptop, also Apple.
