I currently have a Personal Zoom Pro account. I'm investigating upgrading to a Personal Zoom One Pro account. It appears there is no charge to change right now, and my renewal fee next September will be the same as my current Zoom Pro account. Is that correct? -- Ward

We have a meeting ID that was set up for 20 meetings. We have a web site (that we have lost our designer) and we have links that direct people to come to group. We are a non profit that helps people with mood disorders. ( I being one) Is there a way to do this? otherwise all information will be null and void in 2 weeks : 0 : / : ?

How do I set up audio for musicians? I have followed the instructions on the Zoom Support page by clicking on my profile and settings but it doesn't give me the option under the Audio settings there. I have the free Basic version. My singing teacher wants me to set this up for online classes.

We conduct online workshops on Qualitative Research. For one breakout room exercise, we need to grant permission to all participants to locally record the one-to-one interview. Can we grant this permission in one go...At present we need to grant this permission individually, which takes more time. Can we select multiple participants to grant recording permission?

I have wartched some videos on youtube about using the closed captioning on zoom with a meeting. 3 questions that were not answered nor addressed in those videos.
1. Can live captioning be done in a language other then english, ie: spanish
2. Can a person on a mic be assigned to be the person who is dictating the close caption which the meeting can be heard in the language being spoken.
3. Does closed captioning get captured in the meeting recording?

I have read all of the instructions on enabling Facebook live streaming. They suggest heading to your settings, clicking on Meetings, scrolling to advanced, and then Enabling the feature.. pretty straightforward.
I don't have that feature on my list to enable, even though I used to be able to do it! Any ideas on how I can make this happen? Thanks

Zoom always adjust my volume down to 50% when I open the room and after I put it back it does it one more time. You can see by the image that I have that setting turned off but it still does it. This does not happen in OBS or any other application that I use.

Hi all! Wonder if anyone can help with the following... When I go to 'share computer audio' in a Zoom meeting (ie my Spotify playlist), my students on the other side of the screen tell me my voice cuts in and out. I am also using an external mic. Would be so grateful for a solution! Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi, I have a zoom pro account and am hosting a meeting for 50+people. I wanted to use the Q&A function, and have the chat separately. I was going to upgrade to business but realised the minimum users is 10 and that's too much cost for me. Is there any add on or possibility to use the Q&A function in pro?
