Hello,
I'm a developer and my client want to auth record meetings and upload them to AWS.
To do that, as a developer, I need first to test it on my local machine or dev server, before going to production and telling my client to purchase the "Pro" plan.
So, how can I get a free trial for the "Pro" plan, to test it and show my client that everything is working, before he purchases the "Pro" plan?

I shared a ppt and I was visible on screen as well. When Zoom sent a link to view the video I see both the PPT and myself. But when I download it, all 3 files show EITHER just the PPT and I am no longer visible OR Just me and the PPT is not visible. I have to turn in this presentation but it has to be the ppt and myself giving the presentation. Why isn't it showing in any of the 3 files that Zoom is providing? THANKS and HELP!!

I'm having trouble on purchasing zoom pro. It's saying that "Something went wrong. Please make sure that your billing information is updated, and pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser." I've checked all this. But, still the problem continues. Also I've already purchase a zoom pro to my another zoom account with same bank account. That payment was success. But, having trouble on this account. Would you please tell me a way to solve it.

Tried to sign into the Windows Zoom Client this morning and got the following message: Your app version needs to be 5.10.3 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app. I don't have an IT team. It is only me and because I am on the Pro Plan, I can't connect to live chat to ask the question of how to update version in this situation. This is beyond frustrating! Can anyone help?

Eu não estou mais conseguindo entrar no Zoom pelo app do computador. Eu entro, ele pede para eu fazer login, eu faço o login com a senha certa e imediatamente ele começa a entrar no app mas logo vai para esta tela: Ontem perdi boa parte de um curso que estou dando até que tive a ideia de entrar pelo site e por lá consegui criar uma sala, com meia hora de atraso. Por favor, como resolveu esse problema?

We have a business account, I'm looking to enable the automated captioning/live transcription option for an upcoming meeting, but it is not listed as an option in our settings. I only have the option for manual captions. Appreciate any help you can offer, thanks!
If I log into a personal, unaffiliated account the option is there, but on our business account it is not.
Does anyone know the reason for this? I've not been able to find any documentation nor any user questions addressing this issue, everything seems to say that I should have automated captioning as an option.

Everytime I schedule a new meeting on zoom on my MAC PRO, it does not automatically create an email to send to attendees, as it did in my Windows computer from when I was using Outlook. Can someone please assist as just copy and pasting the meeting details is not sufficient as i want the invite attachemnt so people can also auto add to their calenders. Not sure what the issue is
