I've been having problems with the chat in the breakout rooms lately. For some users the timestamps are no longer correct. The posts are no longer displayed alternately (see attachment). Does anyone have an idea?

I run an online school and some students use Zoom PWA, some join meetings with their Chrome browser, and others use Zoom app on their PC or MAC. Many students have been losing mic and audio upon returning to the main session after being in a breakout room. Others lose mic and audio as soon as they get into the breakout room. The only solution we have found is to leave the meeting and re-join. Is this a Zoom for web browser issue or are others experiencing this when joining meetings on Zoom PWA (on Chromebooks) or with their laptop Zoom app? Any solutions?

I have zoom integrated with Google Calendar, and I always add a zoom meeting when I send out an invite. I integrated zoom with my own calendar originally, and then my workspace admin integrated it with everything.

 

9 times out of 10, possibly 10 out of 10, my invitees can't join the meeting. Zoom will ask them for a password (which should be baked into a link), and the password in the calendar invite doesn't work. I'll inevitably slack them a zoom link using "/zoom," and it will actually open up the zoom I'm already in and work just fine.

 

It's gotten to the point where my admin turning on zoom for our space is destroying my ability to talk to colleagues and customers, and I can't seem to fix it. Does anyone know of a solution?

 

I don't think this happens for my colleagues, but I've started setting up hangouts with them whenever I own the meeting. It doesn't happen for all of my meetings, but I can't tell if that's just because some of them are older meetings. Almost anything new that I schedule is totally broken.

I attempted to login to schedule a meeting. I was informed that I could NOT log in because I did not have the latest version. All of the so-called "Help" under the AI-generated "support" of course tell you to log in and go to settings and check for updates. But of course I can't login so I'm completely stuck. Also I'm just an individual (on the Pro plan), so the advice to contact my "Administrator" (that's me, I guess) is absolutely no help either. Plus I learn that the Pro plan is just below the threshold of being able to talk with an actual person, so I'm completely in a bind. Does anybody know how to unravel this mess? Thanks.

Please help me ASAP, I have an important meeting tomorrow. Since Last week I experience a webcam issue, Whenever I turn on my camera and my webcam is glitching for 5 min and then being normal, and again it repeats like ( When a hacker tries to display it on your screen, Same as I do see my fellow participants in my cam area) Please see the attachment and just imagine your colleague is displaying like that instead of a hacker.

Zoom won't join meetings, camera looks corrupted

I am having the issue with "passcode is incorrect" when I try to join meetings from my Windows 10 computer. It doesn't matter what meeting it is, they all fail to join. Don't tell me I have the wrong password, I've been joining these meetings for a month now and have had no issues until today.

 

Another issue that's been occurring is that my camera has completely corrupted. It's super glitched out and the colouring is off. The issue is not the actual webcam. I have tested the webcam in other clients and it is fine.  It's just Zoom.

 

I already updated to latest version since the issues started in an earlier version, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, and cleared all my SSO information before logging in again. I don't know what to do and I am getting very stressed because I have a ton of classes to attend today and all this week. Would appreciate any help.

When I use the plug-in to add a zoom meeting to a google calendar event the time always goes in as Jan 1, 2099. I have tried this on multiple browsers and different computers. There is no way to edit that date/time. If I edit it in the google app it does not update in the google calendar. I have a paid zoom subscription.
