When someone share their screen and someone else on the call has to help them navigate to a specific place (menu, button, text box) on their screen, it can be sometimes hard, confusing, and consume valuable time. Maybe this option already exists, but as far as I know, it does not.

The presenter should be able to turn on a grid overlay with row and column numbers. Then, the person(s) on the other end can quickly guide the presenter to go to a specific cell (e.g. Row 5, Column 6 or if using Excel notation, cell F5). Once the navigation is completed, the presenter can turn off the grid overlay.

Or can someone tell me how to create more hosts with the same license (unlimited time) as me as the license holder?

Thank's!

I have been teaching online fitness classes on Zoom for over 2 years, this change happened a few weeks ago which is super annoying & cannot find a fix.

I open the meeting & instead of the camera being in it's usual position, already 'zoomed' to just the perfect spot/view of my classroom; NOW it is a huge wide angled view that I must re-position EVERY DAY & it is so finicky to get it perfect with 2 fingers.  I am using a Samsung 20 cell phone.  Changing the view on the actual camera does nothing to fix it.

ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED!

Meeting Scheduling

I have a Zoom ID that I have been using for several years - it is a 3-4-4 format. When I try to schedule meetings in the future, Zoom will only accept a 3-3-3 Meeting ID format. Is there any way to schedule future meetings using my old ID?

I login with my email, but when I create a meeting the .ics that is sent out to attendees is from my husband's calendar and does not inlcude me in the email thread.  We do not want these meetings on his calendar or his email being associated to them.  The meeting does not get added to my outlook calendar.  It doesn't seem to matter if I log in through the mobile app, or the app on the tablet, because they all end up opening the web portal,  The tablet I use was my husband's for work at one time.  I did notice that in my account info under SIGN IN it says "Linked accounts" and "Work email" shows up there with no way to edit that.

Also, I feel very slighted that a subscription account does not entitle me to being able to talk with a Zoom support person.

Since the newest upgrade to Zoom, I have noticed two annoying changes:

- When creating a new meeting, the drop-downs for selecting time are only on the hour and half-hour.  I have many meetings that start or end at multiples of 15 (e.g. 10:15, 11:45).  Does anyone know whether this can be modified anywhere in settings?

- when saving to my calendar, the notes no longer include the name and start time of the session (only the link, meeting ID and passcode.  Again, is it possible to change this somewhere under settings?

Any suggestions welcome.  Thanks,

parscarm
