I'm a host and unable to record my meeting

Hello - I have set a few meetings with my company zoom account. When I join the meeting as a host and try to record, I receive a pop-up saying "I need host permission to record" but I am the host.
How can I fix this?

We're having the same problem at my organization. We have a company-wide Zoom subscription. Hosts have the "record" button visible, but when they click it, they get the pop-up with the message that they need host's permission to record.
