I recently had my hard drive replaced and i no longer have a ZOOM icon on my desktop.

I recently had my hard drive replaced and i no longer have a ZOOM icon on my desktop. Any ideas on how to replace it. The virtual asst was no help at all!

Not Connected to Right Meeting

On more than one occasion, I have been sent a meeting link. I attempt to join it, but I am the only participant. I know the meeting is happening and others are successfully joined, just not me. I have tried connecting every way that I can, made sure ... Show more

On more than one occasion, I have been sent a meeting link.  I attempt to join it, but I am the only participant.  I know the meeting is happening and others are successfully joined, just not me.  I have tried connecting every way that I can, made sure I had an updated version, called in, literally everything that I can think of with no luck.  Since I only have the free version, I cannot get any support from Zoom either online or by calling so this is my only option.  Tried for over an hour and am at a total loss here.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot see myself.

I cannot see myself; a virtual image is displayed.

My camera works.

The "Stop Video" button works and my camera is displayed. The light on my camera is on.  

In prior Zoom meetings I could see myself. 

Audio issue an hour into the meeting

I'm having a consistent problem with my audio getting static and muffled after about an hour into a meeting. I ended up missing a large part of a class today. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded, and will see if that works. Is there anything else ... Show more

Install at idle option

I am trying to get the Zoom client installed/updated on our fleet of Windows 10 machines and using the below command.  Using the 64bit version of 5.14.0 (13888)

msiexec.exe /i ZoomInstallerFull.msi /qn /norestart zConfig="AU2_InstallAtIdleTime=Enabled;ForceSSOUrl=OurZoomURL;AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=Enabled;AU2_SetUpdateChannel=0;AutoSSOLogin=1"

The install is working to install or update an older version of Zoom, but the AU2_InstallAtIdleTime switch doesn't seem to be working as in testing instead of waiting for the meeting to be finished it closes the zoom session I have active to perform the install.

Is there anything obvious that I am missing or doing wrong?

I was using it under a business / business plus / enterprise plan contract, but when I updated ZOOM, it became a basic plan.  You are using a business/business plus/enterprise plan when you check on the web portal site. I want to return the Business/Business Plus/Enterprise plan as soon as possible.

Video elongated vertically in Zoom PWA for Chrome

We use a Canon VIXIA HF R800 feeding video through a USB video capture device to an ASUS chromebook. The video is stretched vertically. In the Windows app this is corrected by selecting the HD video setting, but this setting does not appear in the Ch... Show more

We use a Canon VIXIA HF R800 feeding video through a USB video capture device to an ASUS chromebook.

 

The video is stretched vertically. In the Windows app this is corrected by selecting the HD video setting, but this setting does not appear in the Chrome PWA.

 

Is there a workaround for this?

Limit Webinar

Hi, 
Is it possible to resrict webinars to a csv file containing certain emails. I have members that pay for a program and would like to restrict my webinars to only them, in the event someone was to try and share it with a non paying person.
