Zoom Virtual Background Upload Doesn't work...

My Zoom virtual background is not working. I have tried adding an app and I got an error message when it was pending to load the image. I do not have a green screen. Also, sometimes the virtual blur background will disappear randomly and I have month of laundry being examined by other students and professor in my Ph.d program, while I try to get my point across in class. Can you help? I have been trying to get it to work since the inception of opening my account and I tested almost all the variations of how to get it to work with a green screen, without, with the app, I have tried my own image, I have purchased a Zoom background and I have also tried the ones available, etc. Do you have any solutions?
