On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I need a one time meeting participants update, because I have an unusual meeting that will have around 300 participants.  My meeting participants is usually under 100.
Ist that service offered.

There isn't really a "one-time" upgrade, but a "one month" upgrade is available.  Log in to the Zoom Web Portal with your account, then go to the Pricing page (https://zoom.us/pricing😞

Don't let the $600 per year text scare you!  Click on Buy Now (you're just browsing!) and see:

Make sure you click the Monthly (One Time) button on the 500 Participants section, with only 1 License indicated.  For $50, you will upgrade to the 500 Participants level for 1 month from the date you acquire the license.

 

Note that you will need to assign this license to your user login.  Let me know if you need assistance with that.
