“Screen share” not on toolbar…only “Share Content” appears

I’m using an iPad. When I start a meeting , the full toolbar doesn’t appear. Also, “screen share” doesn’t appear…only “share content “ appears. I’ve checked my setttings to make sure that screen sharing is enabled . any help?
